Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nonce (the "Service"), operated under the brand usenonce.xyz. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Nonce
Nonce is a simulated MEV/sniper environment that operates on Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Solana, and TON. The platform manages a custodial wallet on your behalf and credits returns to your platform balance. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited or where you appear on any applicable sanctions list. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You may register via Telegram or email and password. You may not maintain more than one account, share access, or attempt to circumvent suspensions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; we are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access you enabled or failed to prevent.
4. Deposits and balances
Deposits arrive on platform-controlled custodial wallets. Once detected on-chain, the deposit is credited to your platform balance and the Service may use it to run simulated snipes per your instructions. Your platform balance is denominated in USD; the exchange rate against the deposited asset is fixed at the time of deposit.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid out from a platform master wallet on a chain you select. The Service applies per-asset minimums, an auto-approval threshold above which manual review is required, and standard on-chain network fees. Processing time depends on chain conditions and review queue length. The Service may refuse or delay a withdrawal where required by law or where there is a reasonable risk of fraud, abuse, or sanctions violation.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market abuse, or any other illegal activity. You may not abuse referral mechanics, create artificial accounts, exploit bugs to gain unintended balances, reverse-engineer the Service, or scrape it at a rate that degrades performance for others.
7. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets are volatile. Custodial holdings depend on the security of the underlying networks, on counterparty infrastructure, and on operational continuity of the Service. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and the Service does not guarantee any specific yield or outcome. You may lose your entire balance.
8. Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your balance and contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email with a reasonable notice period. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
