This Policy explains what personal data Nonce (usenonce.xyz, the "Service") collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies whenever you visit our website or use the in-app product.
1. What we collect
Account data: email address (if you link one), Telegram ID and username (if you sign in via Telegram), preferred language. Activity data: deposits, withdrawals, simulated snipe history, referral relationships, in-app notifications you receive. Technical data: IP address, device and browser metadata, session identifiers needed to keep you signed in. Wallet addresses you submit as withdrawal destinations are stored to execute the payout.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service (run your simulated snipes, process deposits and withdrawals, calculate referral rewards), to keep your account secure (detect fraud, enforce limits, investigate abuse), and to communicate with you about your activity (transactional notifications) or operational changes.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, blockchain RPC providers, Telegram for delivering messages), with law enforcement or regulators when legally required, and with successors in case of a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on servers we control. Custodial wallet private keys are encrypted at rest. We retain account data for as long as your account is open and for a limited period afterwards as required by tax, accounting, or anti-fraud obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and data, or export of your data in a portable format. Send any such request to support@usenonce.xyz from the email associated with your account; we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not set advertising cookies.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
